Cookies & Cream Cupcakes

These are so tedious to make but so worth it!

You have to make a special cake batter, a separate marshmallow filling and then a cookies n cream butter cream icing. Sooooo good! I made mini's and regular size.

Did I mention they were NOT good to have laying around the kitchen? BAD! BAD BAD!
